Job Description

Nirvana Managed Services is a Facilities Management Company dedicated to delivering a clean and pleasant restroom experience for our visitors. We are seeking a friendly and attentive individual to fill the role of Toilet Attendant.

As a Toilet Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restroom facilities of our establishment. Your duties will include ensuring that the restrooms are well-stocked with supplies, providing assistance to customers/visitors as needed, and upholding a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the restroom area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitise restroom facilities regularly throughout the day
  • Monitor and restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels
  • Ensure that all restroom fixtures and equipment are in working order
  • Maintain a tidy and organised restroom area, including trash removal and floor cleaning
  • Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • Report any maintenance or cleaning issues to the appropriate supervisor
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanour when interacting with customers/visitors

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in janitorial services, customer service, or a similar role is preferred
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation practices
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Physical stamina and the ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Reliable and punctual attendance
