About This Role

As an experienced Assessor, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their lives by delivering Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3. Your expertise will drive learner success and support their progression towards new challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality Assessments and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3.
  • Train and support learners to achieve Functional Skills Maths and English up to Level 2.
  • Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
  • Maintain accurate documentation on learners' progress and adapt delivery to meet individual needs.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and provide guidance to learners.
Requirements
  • A recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA).
  • Experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3.
  • OCCUPATIONAL COMPETENCY IN HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE (ELDERLY).
  • Confident ICT skills and ability to conduct online remote assessments.
  • A full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
