About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our physiotherapy services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat patients with a range of physical conditions, using evidence-based practice and a patient-centered approach.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy policies and procedures.
  • Provide education and training to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals on physiotherapy techniques and best practices.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the evaluation of physiotherapy services.

Requirements

  • Pre-registration degree in Physiotherapy (BSc(Hons) or MSc(Hons)) and State Registration (HCPC).
  • Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and/or a clinical interest group.
  • Experience working in a care setting, with a focus on musculoskeletal, orthopaedics, neurology, elderly care, ITU/respiratory medicine, and acute medicine.
  • Ability to demonstrate organisational values and behaviours, including good interpersonal skills, written and verbal skills, and the ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • UK driving license and use of a car for work purposes.
