Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team at a SEN school catering to children and young people aged 7 to 19 who are on the autistic spectrum and have associated learning difficulties.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with therapists and other professionals to provide essential support to students. You will report directly to the Therapy Manager and play a key role in enhancing the wellbeing and development of students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individual pastoral support to students
* Communicate effectively with staff, students, and families regarding behaviour and pastoral matters
* Organize and facilitate pastoral training sessions for staff
Requirements:
* Registered and hold BSc Occupational Therapy or profession specific equivalent qualification
* Experience working with children and young people with special needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
