About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate educator to join our Sports team at Brighton East Campus, where we have access to a sports hall, gym, and 4G pitches.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver sessions that allow learners to develop in their chosen sports and gain knowledge in subjects such as sports psychology and nutrition.
- Cover key concepts, including sports science, exercise physiology, and physical education pedagogy.
- Motivate students with varied teaching and learning strategies, emphasizing learners making excellent progress in every lesson.
- Coach our Football teams and develop our other sports squads.

Requirements:
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Sports Science or a related field.
- A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) is desirable but not essential.
- Relevant experience of working with children and young people, preferably in an educational setting.

What We Offer:
- Salary: £31,500 - £48,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
