Visual Arts Instructor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Arts Instructor to join our team at Educators Wales. As a Visual Arts Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and training to learners on vocational art and design programmes.

About the Position

The successful candidate will have experience in software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Blender, and will be able to demonstrate a high level of commitment to the role and a passion for teaching and learning. You will work on an ad hoc basis, providing sickness cover or temporary cover, and will be required to teach/training qualification or be prepared to work towards one and/or knowledge of embedding Key Skills into the relevant curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver digital design, graphic design, digital illustration, and game art to learners on vocational art and design programmes.
  • Work on an ad hoc basis, providing sickness cover or temporary cover.
  • Teaching/Training qualification or be prepared to work towards one and/or knowledge of embedding Key Skills into the relevant curriculum.
  • Experience in software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Blender.
  • Demonstrate a high level of commitment to the role and a passion for teaching and learning.

Full-Time Equivalent Salary: £24,049 - £47,331 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience.
