About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Partner Marketing Manager to join our team at Fnatic, a global esports performance brand. As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns that bring the Fnatic brand and that of our partners to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideate, plan, and project manage partner marketing activations, ensuring campaigns deliver on our brand promise and the goals of our partners.
  • Build a deep understanding of our partner brands, working closely with the relevant Partner Success Manager to create moments that feel organic to Fnatic and the partner.
  • Understand fully the platforms available within Fnatic to activate marketing campaigns and leverage them to execute tailor-made campaign roll-outs.
  • Provide clear briefs to Fnatic's Content/Studios function for creation of campaign assets and their distribution.
  • Work closely with marketing colleagues on campaign execution, storytelling, and audience targeting to deliver optimal impact.
  • Support delivery of activations, ensuring marketing plans are followed to maximise campaign engagement.
  • Drive growth of our partner relationships by proposing upsell ideas/opportunities outside of existing contractual deliverables.
  • Regularly communicate progress to the Partner Success team on key tasks, mission-critical updates, as well as potential obstacles you might be encountering.
  • Conduct brand and market research, and seek to understand fan sentiment and trends.
  • Be data-led, leading on campaign performance monitoring and post-analysis, and ensure learnings are reflected in future planning.
  • Support B2B event planning and execution as required, and represent the Fnatic brand in person.
  • Utilise your knowledge of Fnatic and the industry to contribute to new business pitch ideation sessions.
  • Accurately forecast marketing costs, owning campaign ROI reporting and spend management.
  • Lead ad-hoc marketing projects as defined by your manager.

Requirements

  • Track record of memorable marketing activations for a youth-focused brand.
  • Knack for understanding motivations of partner brands and supporting intuition with data that resonates.
  • An innovative and creative mindset, with a healthy respect for data and insights.
  • Comfort in things moving fast, and making things happen.
  • Experience in executing marketing activity in multiple international markets.
  • Knowledge of marketing best-practice and regulations.
  • Understanding of youth culture and trends in media consumption.
  • Resourceful mindset and ability to do a lot with a little when necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, other languages desirable.
