We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a Specialist School for pupils aged 5-16 with SEN needs. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and social development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, promoting their independence and confidence.
  • Assist teachers in the classroom, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
