**Job Title:** Industrial Controls Engineer

**About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Controls Engineer to join our team at Samuel Frank Associates in Derby. As an Industrial Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing industrial control systems using Siemens technology.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLC programming and experience with Siemens control systems. You will work closely with our engineering team to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Design and develop industrial control systems using Siemens PLCs and HMIs
  • Write and debug code in Ladder, STL, and SCL languages
  • Configure and commission drives and associated systems
  • Create software design specifications and functional design specifications

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary of £40k - £60k per annum, depending on experience, plus a performance bonus that typically pays between 5-15% of your basic salary. You will also receive a flexible approach to working hours, support from our experienced engineering team, and the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or computer science, and at least 1-5 years' experience in industrial controls engineering. You must also have a full UK driving licence and be able to work in the UK without sponsorship.

**Salary Range:** £40,000 - £60,000 per annum
