Credit Controller Specialist

About the RoleThis full-time position involves collecting debt from business customers, utilizing phone, email, and letter correspondence to ensure timely payments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with internal departments and external agencies to recover unpaid debts.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Check customer credit ratings
- Collect debts efficiently and effectively
- Review and implement customer credit limits
- Prepare and send monthly statements
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the business
- AAT or QBE qualification
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
