Senior Engineering Program Manager

We seek a highly skilled Senior Engineering Program Manager who is passionate about improving engineering productivity and efficiency. If you have expertise in cloud infrastructure, engineering health metrics, developer tooling, or engineering efficiency, we would love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will work closely with several Engineering leaders to drive key initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Partnering with multiple Engineering leads to drive cross-functional programs through delivery.
  2. Developing and publishing short-term and long-term roadmaps for internal product offerings based on Apple's needs and external product release needs.
  3. Managing risks, mitigations, and driving alignment across the organization and between teams.

The ideal candidate should possess 5+ years of experience in program/project management, with a thorough understanding of engineering health metrics and software development for Machine Learning products and services.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is around $200,000.
