Apprentice Multitrader

TXM Recruit is partnering with a leading organisation on a new project in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. The company is seeking experienced Multi Traders to join a growing team, working on a long-term social housing contract.

Key Responsibilities:

* Inspect jobs using a handheld device and report findings to the office for quoting purposes.
* Perform various domestic maintenance tasks, including general property maintenance.
* Carry out responsive maintenance and void property maintenance.
* Ensure the quality of work meets the highest possible standards.

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

* NVQ trade qualification(s)
* Multi trade experience
* Full current driving licence
* DBS check required before commencement of role.
