We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Complex Needs Practitioner at Recovery Focus. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering focused interventions to support individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement group and coursework programs to support service users with complex needs.
  • Manage a caseload of service users, providing regular check-ins and progress updates.
  • Collaborate with various agencies and health professionals to ensure comprehensive support for service users.
  • Contribute to the development and expansion of psychological intervention programs within our service.

Requirements:

  • Professional qualifications in health/social care, youth or community work, or relevant experience in substance misuse fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and excellent record-keeping.
  • A flexible approach and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
