As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a pivotal role in our business success while developing the skills to progress to a Kitchen Manager of the future.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with food preparation
- Producing high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests
- Maintaining kitchen equipment
- Overseeing deliveries
- Offering suggestions and creative ideas to improve the kitchen's performance
- Working with the team to achieve company targets
