Apprenticeship Programme Manager

CXK is a leading charity that empowers young people and adults to build the skills and confidence they need to succeed in education, employment, or training.
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our ASK (Apprenticeship Support and Knowledge) team in Kent & Medway.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging presentations to students, teachers, and parents to raise awareness of apprenticeships and other technical education routes.
- Provide bespoke support to students in registering and applying for apprenticeships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to promote CXK across the region.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and careers advisors to assess and improve school/college apprenticeship delivery.
- Experience and knowledge of the work-based learning sector and wider routes into Apprenticeships.
- Proven track record of delivering virtual and face-to-face sessions engaging students, teachers, and parents.
- Strong network of stakeholders and partners across the region.
- Ability to work towards targets and KPIs.
- Confident and sensitive communication skills to engage with schools at various levels of seniority.
