Dynamic Resourcing Facilities Management Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our dynamic team at Dynamic Resourcing.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our FM Team in delivering a high-quality in-house facilities management service to London's leading flexible office provider.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, supporting our customer-centric approach to facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of building fabric and completion of first-fix repairs
  • Carrying out key compliance checks and tests, including fire alarm, emergency lighting, and water hygiene tap temperature checks
  • Decorative repairs and improvements to maintain a high standard of décor
  • Supporting sustainability and energy improvement strategies
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences

Requirements:

  • Relevant previous job experience in facilities management or a related field
  • H&S and/or trade qualification/training
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CAFM systems
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Energy and passion for delivering high-quality results

About the Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £34,500 - £35,000 per annum, pro rata.

Location:

The successful candidate will be required to travel across our Region 1 sites, with travel expenses covered.
