FMCG Quality Technician

We are currently recruiting an experienced FMCG Quality Technician to join our dynamic team in Gloucester. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality processes and procedures, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct regular line inspections and document checks in production areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  2. Develop and implement quality control procedures to prevent defects and improve overall quality performance.
  3. Collaborate with production staff to identify areas for improvement and provide training on quality procedures.
  4. Promote a culture of quality excellence within the organisation.
  5. Lead quality audits and investigations to identify root causes of non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
  6. Maintain accurate records of quality data and prepare reports as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Relevant qualifications in quality management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, including ISO 9001.
