Bruckshaw Associates are working in partnership with a reputable business to recruit a Payroll Manager to join their finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone to take full ownership of the payroll functions and support the Financial Controller.

The Role

The main duties of the Payroll Manager will consist of:

  1. Maintaining and processing the monthly payroll for circa 180 members of staff
  2. Payroll journals
  3. Timesheet processing and authorisation
  4. Processing starters and leavers
  5. Issuing P45's and P60's
  6. Calculating commissions/bonuses and overtime
Requirements

To be considered for the Payroll Manager role, you must ideally have the following skills/attributes:

  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience within payroll is a must
  2. Experience within HR would be advantageous
  3. Self-starter
  4. Highly organised
