Key Responsibilities
- Manage weekly payroll with assistance from the Finance Director/MD
- Submit monthly HMRC and Pension submissions
- Maintain accurate records of dye and chemical stock figures
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and external customers
- Maintain internal systems and accuracy of inventory
- Assist with yearly Audit
- Develop skills in Sage 50 Accounts and Payroll software
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of financial procedures and regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office packages, particularly Excel
- Experience with Sage 50 Accounts and Payroll software is desirable
