Job Description

**Fire and Security Engineer Role**

The Fire and Security Engineer will be a key member of the engineering team at FS Recruity Ltd, supporting the delivery of new installations and ensuring high levels of customer service and quality installation to our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and process installation jobs from first fix to handover, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, liaising with customers and the engineering manager to deliver a satisfactory customer experience.
  3. Complete installations according to design specifications and associated paperwork, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  4. Effective communication with customers and the engineering manager, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
  5. Contribute to resource planning, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet business objectives.
  6. Commit to ongoing personal and team performance improvement, driving excellence in all aspects of the role.
Desired Experience and Skills
  1. Proven experience in intruder installation, including Texecom, Galaxy, Orisec, Risco, and Pyronix systems.
  2. Installation of communicators via broadband and GPRS, including Dualcom and Emizon.
  3. Fire alarm installation expertise, including Advanced, Kentec, and CTEC systems.
  4. CCTV system installation, including ideal experience with multiple vendors.
  5. At least 3 years of experience in the fire and security industry, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with the engineering team to achieve shared goals and deliver KPIs.
  7. Full UK driving license and willingness to travel for work-related purposes.
  8. Company-provided mobile phone, vehicle, and laptop, as well as a competitive salary and benefits package.
