About the Role

As a qualified social worker with experience in statutory Children's Social Care, you will be responsible for managing complex caseloads, conducting needs-led assessments, and developing effective plans to safeguard vulnerable children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering high-quality Children's Social Care services through effective case management and collaboration with multi-agency partners
  • Making informed decisions and preparing court statements to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
  • Conducting direct work with children and families to build strong relationships and promote child-centered practices
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £38,514 - £44,759 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including flexible working policies, continuous professional development opportunities, and access to a comprehensive training program.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Social Work Degree or equivalent, registered with Social Work England (SWE), and over two years of experience in statutory Children's Social Care. You should also have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of legislative frameworks, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
