About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Stock Merchandiser to join our team at Inchcape Retail - Part of Group 1 Automotive. As a Digital Stock Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding and trusted experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visual Merchandising: Take high-quality images and create engaging visual content to showcase our vehicles online, adhering to brand standards and regulations.
  • Vehicle Preparation: Identify and classify each vehicle's unique selling points, uploading relevant information to our systems in a timely manner.
  • Merchandising: Merchandise each vehicle in line with agreed standards to promote and sell vehicles effectively.
  • Service Level Agreements: Adhere to service level agreements to ensure accurate and timely turn-around of stock.
  • Enquiry Review: Review customer enquiries against adverts and suggest ways to improve vehicle desirability online.
  • Vehicle Preparation Issues: Identify and suggest solutions to prevent vehicle preparation issues that may hinder sales.
  • Support to Digital Sales Team: Provide specific vehicle information or photography to the digital sales team as requested.
