About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Acoustic Consultant to join our team, working on various projects including building and environmental acoustics surveys, sound insulation testing, and vibration monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct noise and vibration surveys/site testing, including environmental surveys, sound insulation testing, and vibration surveys.
  2. Liaise with clients, travelling to sites to deploy and collect equipment.
  3. Carry out measurements using British Standards procedures and good practice based on in-house training.
  4. Process data, including modelling using Sketchup and CATT-Acoustics/Environmental CADNA-A/Sound insulation Insul.
Requirements
  • Experience in managing small, medium, and large-sized projects.
  • Knowledge of survey procedure, sound insulation testing, and vibration monitoring.
  • Computer literacy with good knowledge of MS Word/Excel and data manipulation skills.
  • Knowledge of Building Regulations and construction industry guidelines.
