First Military Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to join our client's team in Ascot. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a prestigious estate with a chance for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general repairs to the premises, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
  • Conduct stock control, account for goods and materials held in stock, and inform the Maintenance Team Leader of any materials requiring ordering.
  • Manufacture and install carpentry and joinery items, utilizing skills in bricklaying, concreting, plastering, and roof repairs.
  • Perform duties on days of events as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:

  • Hold a City & Guilds qualification in bricklaying, carpentry, or a similar trade.
  • Significant knowledge and experience in buildings maintenance and construction.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure, maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Proactive and flexible attitude, with a strong team player mentality.
  • Valid Driving Licence.
