Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general repairs to the premises, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Conduct stock control, account for goods and materials held in stock, and inform the Maintenance Team Leader of any materials requiring ordering.
- Manufacture and install carpentry and joinery items, utilizing skills in bricklaying, concreting, plastering, and roof repairs.
- Perform duties on days of events as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
- Hold a City & Guilds qualification in bricklaying, carpentry, or a similar trade.
- Significant knowledge and experience in buildings maintenance and construction.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure, maintaining a professional appearance.
- Proactive and flexible attitude, with a strong team player mentality.
- Valid Driving Licence.
