SEN Teaching Assistant Lead

This role involves supporting students with their learning in a safe environment, providing 1:1 and small group support, and adopting a tailored approach to positive behaviour management.
- Key Responsibilities:
- SUPPORT THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE SCHOOL AND TEACHING ASSISTANT TEAM
- MENTOR NEWLY APPOINTED TEAM MEMBERS
- WORK COLLABORATIVELY WITH OTHER EDUCATION PROFESSIONALS

Requirements:
- HLTA Diploma or Equivalent Level 4 Qualification
- Experience working with students with SEN, SLD, PMLD, ADHD, SEMH, and ASD
