In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and developing the next generation of football talent. As a Casual Academy Recruitment Coordinator, you will work closely with the area co-ordinator to support the recruitment strategy and attend local fixtures to watch grassroots games, private academy sessions, and schoolboy matches.

You will use your keen eye for talent to spot promising young players and submit accurate and timely reports on them to support the overall recruitment strategy. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of youth football who wants to make a difference in the lives of young players.

The Ideal Candidate:
• Has practical experience in youth or grassroots football
• Possesses a valid driver's license and access to transport for traveling to various games and events
• Is flexible with their schedule, with availability on weekends and evenings as needed
• Can demonstrate a keen eye for talent and ability to submit accurate and timely reports on players

What We Offer:
• Estimated annual salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience and qualifications
