Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the dairy farm, including milking, feeding, and animal health management
• Develop and implement strategies to improve farm productivity and efficiency
• Collaborate with the farm management team to achieve business objectives
• Monitor and control farm expenses, including feed, labor, and equipment costs
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in dairy livestock management
• Proven track record of improving farm productivity and efficiency
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in animal science or a related field preferred
