Clinical Social Worker Lead

Qualifications:
- Hold a current, unrestricted license to practice clinical social work independently in any state, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the U.S Virgin Islands
- Have practiced as an independent licensed clinical social worker within the past two years
- Possess and maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
