About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Corporate Wellbeing Advisor to join our team at Nuffield Health Brentwood. As a key member of our onsite fitness centre team, you will play a vital role in driving high standards of operational excellence and supporting the development of our Fitness and Wellbeing Advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver quarterly fitness workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of our Fitness and Wellbeing Advisors.
  • Support the Fitness Manager in one-to-one coaching and mentoring of Fitness and Wellbeing Advisors.
  • Ensure optimal promotion and utilisation of our MyWellness App.
  • Deliver high-quality group exercise classes, member programmes, and NH Personal Best assessments.
  • Act as a day-to-day coach to the Fitness and Wellbeing Advisors, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Process new memberships and manage induction bookings.
  • Take primary responsibility for exercise programme, induction, and Personal Best appointment bookings.
  • Support the Fitness Manager with recruitment of new Fitness and Wellbeing Advisors.
  • Contribute to the development of our Fitness and Wellbeing strategy and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and keen to develop skills and knowledge.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and good organisation skills.
  • A strong fitness knowledge base and ability to coach and support colleagues.
  • A passion for driving high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
