Accounts & Tax Client Manager

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts & Tax Client Manager to join a successful firm of chartered accountants based near Ashford, Kent. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality accounts management, VAT, bookkeeping, and planning services to a diverse range of clients.

The firm has experienced significant growth, largely through organic means, and has established an excellent reputation across Kent and the southeast. With a strong focus on career progression, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and take on increasing responsibility as you progress in your role.

The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified or have equivalent experience, with a background in accountancy practice working within a small to medium-sized independent firm or a Top 50/ Mid or Top Tier firm. You will have experience operating at Accounts Senior level or Client Manager level, delivering accounts and wider-ranging accountancy practice services to a client base of sole traders, partnerships, and limited company clients across various industries and turnover levels.

Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years' experience within practice
