About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Employee Incentives and Private Capital practice. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building the Culture: You will be responsible for setting the cultural tone and inspiring others through your actions. You will support strategic proposals and help to embed change.
  • Delivering Results: You will achieve your personal objectives and understand business plans to assist their delivery. You will focus your contribution accordingly to align with overall priorities and implement strategies that support their delivery.
  • Growing our People: You will play an active role in the development of those you have responsibility for. You will cement your standing as an 'expert' in your chosen area / sector and deepen technical know-how, commercial acumen and sector / market knowledge.
  • Developing our Business: You will make a meaningful contribution to efforts to develop new client relationships. You will take a lead role in the firm's efforts to protect and enhance existing client relationships.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience working on reward structures and equity incentive plans
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Experience of leading others to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Experience of effective matter management and business development activities
  • SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer
