Job Title: Loss Prevention Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at TJX Europe. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the security and integrity of our stores, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our customers and associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a positive customer experience by being a visible and approachable presence at our entrance doors.
  • Deter loss on the salesfloor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
  • Work closely with the store team to maintain security of our product and deliver effective conflict resolution when required.
  • Remain calm and professional under pressure, demonstrating self-motivation, resilience, and a natural ability to communicate.
