Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Relocation Specialist to join our team based in Suffolk. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in the removals industry, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This role involves acting as the main point of contact for customers, booking services, calculating quotes, preparing documentation, and following up on all enquiries. As an International Relocation Specialist, you will be responsible for liaising with Operations, Partners, and Suppliers regarding the movement of items within the UK and overseas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Focusing on international aspects of movements (Import, Export, and European) while occasionally dealing with UK movements
  • Dealing with customs clearances, insurance forms, international border control, and invoices for works
  • Assisting with training and development of junior staff members, helping them progress to more senior roles
  • Performing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing emails
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2 years' experience working within a similar role in the Removals industry. You must also possess strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to speak and write English fluently.

A good understanding of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, etc.) and administration experience is essential. Additionally, you should be self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000-£35,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for career growth and professional development.
