We are seeking an experienced Principal Infrastructure Development Specialist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading groundwork and civils company that has expanded its operations into new regions.

As a Principal Infrastructure Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing infrastructure solutions for various projects valued between £1-5m. You will work closely with the engineering department to review design information, undertake site surveys, and produce technical reports.

This is an office-based position with some site visits required to validate topographical surveys. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and experience in 3D modeling using AutoCAD or equivalent software.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing infrastructure solutions for various projects
  • Reviewing design information and providing feedback to the engineering department
  • Undertaking site surveys and producing technical reports
  • Measuring PDFs for take-off's and ensuring accuracy

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role, with a strong background in engineering and infrastructure development. A desirable skillset includes experience with Leica Machine Control and knowledge of drone technology for survey purposes.
