Architectural Technician or Architectural Designer

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician or Architectural Designer to join our team in Newport. As a key member of our residential projects team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs and technical expertise to our clients.

About the Role

This is a hybrid working role, consisting of 2 days at home and 3 in the office. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of residential projects, including bespoke homes, housing developments, and apartment schemes. Our team is dedicated to growth and offers genuine career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality designs and technical expertise to clients
  • Work collaboratively with our team of 27 residential professionals
  • Contribute to the development of new projects and business opportunities
  • Participate in regular CPD's and mentoring sessions
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Architectural Technician or Architectural Designer in the UK
  • Experience working with medium to large-scale residential projects
  • Familiarity with using Revit in practice
  • Ability to work within commutable distance from Newport
