About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chef to lead our kitchen team at Compass UK & Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers.


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement menus that meet client expectations
  • Oversee kitchen operations to ensure consistency and quality
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients and customers
  • Support the development of new menus and innovative food concepts
  • Represent Compass UK & Ireland and maintain a positive brand image
  • Maintain accurate inventory records to keep our kitchens well-stocked
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements



  • Experience in a similar Chef role
  • Hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
  • Hold a Food Hygiene certificate
  • Show a flexible approach to working

Salary


The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
