Finance and Administration Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance and Administration professional to join our team in Dudley as an Accounts Payable Clerk. The role involves managing supplier relationships, processing invoices, and providing financial and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering supplier queries and resolving discrepancies
  • Processing of payments (BACS, CHAPS, Cheques, Direct Debits) and supplier statement reconciliations
  • Providing exceptional customer service and supporting colleagues as needed
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of finance and administration procedures, including VAT and general ledgers
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
