Job Description:
This 12-month Industrial Placement offers enthusiastic Science and Engineering undergraduates the opportunity to gain practical experience in real-world projects while working alongside talented engineers and contributing to the development of advanced systems for fast jets, UAVs, land, and naval platforms.

Responsibility Areas:
You will work alongside senior engineers to design and develop microwave and RF components for high-performance systems, test and validate designs in laboratory environments, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, document design and testing processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the microwave engineering team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Applicants should be working towards a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field with a strong interest in microwave and RF design. A basic understanding of microwave/RF design principles is helpful but no prior experience is required. We provide training and mentoring throughout the placement.
