Slim Chickens is seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Deputy General Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our restaurant and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in leading a high-performing team to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a positive and motivating work environment that fosters employee engagement and retention.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized service to exceed their expectations.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
