About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stand Fitting Coordinator to join our team at Global Experience Specialists. As a key member of our Stand Fitting team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our clients' events and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collate and verify information from internal stakeholders to ensure accurate event planning and execution.
  • Ensure all instruction and works orders are covered and up-to-date.
  • Input data into Clarity, Sage, and GES Live, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with the team.
  • Book travel and accommodations for UK and European events, ensuring timely and efficient arrangements.
  • Maintain and update planning packs, block plans, and distribute as necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to the Central Planning Team, including absence and holiday cover, and cross-training as required.
  • Process final event figures, liaising with the Finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and smooth processes for external partners.
About You

We are looking for a confident and proactive individual with a minimum of C-grade GCSEs in Math and English, and excellent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Event and exhibition industry experience is desirable, but not essential.
