Job SummaryThe Registered Manager will lead our operations, leveraging their passion for neurodiverse interventions and experience working with children to drive positive outcomes. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities- Liaise with senior management to develop and implement strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for children and staff.
- Develop and manage relationships with local authorities, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging staff to explore new approaches and best practices.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A recognized qualification in social work or a related field.

- An excellent understanding of neurodiverse conditions and innovative intervention techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, reflecting your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including access to training and development opportunities, a generous pension scheme, and a supportive work environment.
