Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hybrid PPC Exec to join our team at RecruitmentRevolution. As a Hybrid PPC Exec, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for our clients, driving conversions and revenue growth.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned PPC professional to join our team and take on a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. You will be working closely with our clients to understand their business goals and develop targeted campaigns that drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns across various sectors
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive conversions and revenue growth
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop targeted campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in PPC advertising
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a dedicated PPC role
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns across various sectors
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how paid media integrates into broader marketing strategies
- Hands-on experience with the Google ecosystem, including Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics 4
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment
