Business Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team at Recruitment Direct Leominster Ltd. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and personal experience.
  • Manage office supplies, procurement, and inventory, ensuring value for money and best service for the business.
  • Arrange transportation of collections and deliveries to our main operational facility.
  • Ensure memberships are current and up to date, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain office efficiency by organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing file systems, and overseeing the replenishment of supplies and equipment.
  • Raise and process purchase orders, purchase invoices, sales orders, and sales invoicing.
  • Provide administrative support as necessary, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports.
  • Perform RM maintenance and manage client visits, including catering requirements as needed.
  • Make staff travel arrangements and associated bookings.
  • Perform miscellaneous and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Administration experience within an office environment.
  • High standard of literacy, numeracy, and IT, with experience of an ERP/CRM system and MS SharePoint.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and make administrative decisions based on a broad understanding of relevant policies and procedures.
  • Driving license and own transport due to rural location.
  • Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
