Financial Director

Robert Walters is seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Financial Controller to join their dynamic team in Nuneaton. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment in the manufacturing industry and is eager to contribute to the company's significant growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all financial aspects of the business, including managing a small team, developing data management tools, and delivering process improvements.
- Develop and implement effective financial processes, including cash flow forecasting, credit risk management, and working capital monitoring.
- Liaise with various departments, including credit control and other back-office functions, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and present key information to the business and Board, including financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Drive the business forward by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- ACA qualified Accountant with 2+ years post-qualification experience.
- Manufacturing experience and knowledge of financial processes.
- Experience in managing a finance team and developing data management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under own initiative and proactively solve problems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the business.
