Antwerp Dental Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dental Operations Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of the practice.

Job Summary:

The Senior Dental Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the practice, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. This will include monitoring practice equipment, maintaining compliance logs, and completing clinical audits. The successful candidate will also be responsible for chairing regular nurses meetings, HR requirements, and training and inductions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure practice compliance with Health & Safety, CQC, and GDC standards
  • Complete clinical audits and maintain compliance logs via IComply
  • Monitor practice equipment and ensure all are correctly serviced and maintained
  • Chair regular nurses meetings
  • HR requirements including training and inductions
  • Gaining a full working knowledge of the practice computer system (SOE)
  • Attending refresher and update training for medical emergencies and CPR
  • Reporting all concerns to the Practice Director or Practice Manager

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Dental Practice with strong Dental Nurse skills
  • Current GDC registration
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Must be a team player
  • IT literate with good numeracy ability
  • Be comfortable following internal and external processes/procedures
  • Should be personable, polite, and patient
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £14.75-£16.00 per hour

  • Monday to Friday, with one hour unpaid lunch break
