Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Prince Personnel Limited. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by performing various tests and inspections.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality control tests on manufactured products
  • Collate and report on test results
  • Quarantine products where necessary and perform root-cause analysis
  • Set and analyze product tolerances
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Support R&D functions
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
  • Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in quality control or laboratory technician roles
  • Knowledge and experience using laboratory testing equipment
  • IT literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
