Job Description:

This SEN Tutor role involves creating and delivering 1:1 tailored lessons to support pupils with special educational needs. You will work closely with our team to monitor progress and submit weekly reports. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEN students, patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting each pupil's unique needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with SEN students on a 1:1 or small group basis
  • QTS desirable but not essential
  • Patient, empathetic, and willing to think outside the box
  • Ability to commit to the young person and work for the duration of the placement

Benefits:

  • GBP25 - GBP30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Ongoing progression monitoring through weekly reports
