Electrical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technical Support Engineer to join our team at MasterMover Limited.
The successful candidate will provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot and resolve product issues, and work closely with internal teams to deliver practical solutions and improve product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, diagnosing issues, and offering solutions for our products and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues both remotely and onsite when necessary.
- Document technical issues and resolutions, contributing to our knowledge base for ongoing improvement.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of MasterMover products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues and contribute to product improvements.
- Deliver product training to customers and service partners to ensure proper usage and performance.
Requirements:
- Proven background in electronics, electronic engineering/design, and controls.
- Experience in wireless systems is desirable.
- Experience in automation/robotics is desirable.
- Solid understanding of engineering principles, maintenance and repair of machinery and electrical diagnostics.
- Excellent planning, organising, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, flexible and proactive individual with good time management and the ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
