Lead and manage design validation processes, including prototyping, testing, and analysis, to ensure designs meet functional and performance requirements. Proficiency in 3D CAD software, ideally Creo, SolidWorks, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes. Experience with tolerance analysis, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and design for manufacturability. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally with other engineering and production teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver designs on time in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:
Competitive salary, commensurate with experience (non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act). Full benefits package, including health insurance, pension and annual leave.
