About Capita Health Assessment Advisory Service:
Capita was awarded two contracts to deliver the Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS) assessments in the Midlands and Wales for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), and in Northern Ireland for the Department for Communities (DfC). HAAS is a new service that will bring together existing assessment services, for disabled people and people with health conditions, under a single provider in each geographical region. This will make accessing support simpler and easier for some of society's most vulnerable people.

**Job Description:**
As a Clinical Advisor, you will be responsible for conducting assessments for Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), and Universal Credit (UC). You will work with customers to understand their health conditions and disabilities and provide recommendations for their care and support. You will also be responsible for creating comprehensive reports of up to 3,000-4,000 words per day.

**Requirements:**
We are looking for individuals with one year's post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist or paramedic. You must be fully registered with a relevant UK regulatory body and have excellent observational and communication skills. You should also be able to work quickly and produce reports in a timely manner, hitting targets.

**What We Offer:**
A competitive basic salary of £38,500 plus up to 5% training bonus, rising to £39,900 on achievement of remote approved status plus up to 10% bonus. On achievement of face-to-face delivery, your salary will increase to £41,500 plus up to 10% bonus. You will also receive 25 days' holiday, annual professional registration fee reimbursement, and access to our Employee Network Groups.
